HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Within Australia we offer free delivery for all orders over $150. For all orders under $150 you can choose between the following two Australia Post services: (a) Parcel Post $8.00 (2-10 days delivery) or (b) Express Post $10.55 (1-2 days delivery). All postage includes signature on delivery to ensure your order arrives to you safely. We also offer a flat rate international shipping cost of $22.00 for all international countries excluding New Zealand which is $16.55. WHICH INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we are shipping to New Zealand, US, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Belgium, UK, Ireland, Japan, Greece, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden. If your country is not listed here please email us as we are happy to arrange something for you if we can.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We use PayPal as our payment gateway which accepts most debit/credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

No. PayPal allows you to create a purchase via their payment gateway as a guest. Simply select 'Pay with a debit or credit card' and fill in your details.

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION? IS MY DATA PROTECTED?

Yes. We use SSL encrypted certificates on all our pages with sensitive information. As we use PayPal as our payment gateway we also never see any of your debit/credit card details so they are never stored or transferred to our site. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER ORDERING?

Once payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then process, pack and lodge your order with Australia Post within the next 48 hours, usually 24 hours. We will then email you out your parcel tracking number so you can watch the progress of your parcel as it reaches you.

WHAT IF I BOUGHT SOMETHING AND THE SIZE IS NOT RIGHT?

We offer exchanges and credit notes if you have contacted us within 10 days of receiving your garment and it has not been worn, damaged or soiled in anyway (Preferably with tags still attached). I SEE SOMETHING I LIKE BUT YOU NO LONGER HAVE MY SIZE, CAN I ORDER IT?

Always check with us. Most of the time we can't, but sometimes we are able to order more in. If you let us know we will always try our best to help you find something.
